We offer a 30-day from date of purchase, money back guarantee for our products. Please follow the guidelines below for product returns. Your purchase return must be received by White Smiles Superstore within 30 days from date of purchase and must include a copy of your invoice or receipt.

All returns must be authorized. Please notify us if you would like to return your product, by sending an email to

sales@WhiteSmilesSuperstore.com. A return authorization number will be assigned to you and must be included with the returned item.

ProWhite 35 Whitening System: Your return must include all items delivered with your system including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), all whitening gel trays delivered with your order (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and the return authorization number. Any customer who does not return all whitening gel trays delivered with the system is not eligible for a refund.

CustomFit 35 Whitening System: Returns are accepted for unused dental impression kits but not for used dental impression kits. Requested refunds for CustomFit 35 Systems will be reduced by the individual cost of the professional whitening tray portion of the kit. Your return must include all items delivered with your system, including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), all ThermoFit whitening trays delivered with your order (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization number. Any customer who does not return all whitening trays delivered with the system is not eligible for a refund.

ProWhite Dental Whitening Gel: Your return must include all items delivered, including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization number.

CustomFit 35 Whitening Trays: We are not responsible for CustomFit impression materials or trays that have been incorrectly molded and/or destroyed. Returns are accepted for unused professional dental impression kits but not for used dental impression kits. If you would like to return your CustomFit 35 Whitening Kit, please obtain a return authorization number.

ThermoFit Whitening Trays: We are not responsible for ThermoFit trays that have been incorrectly molded and/or destroyed. Your return must include all ThermoFit Whitening Trays, all items delivered with your order and a return authorization number.

Shipping: Upon receipt of your return authorization number, please return your order to the address given to you with your authorization number. We suggest that you use a shipping method that utilizes delivery confirmation to assure that your order is in fact delivered. Any refund for products will not include shipping charges to or from our customers since these charges are non-refundable to us.
