ProWhite Custom Whitening Trays
Detailed Instructions for Molding Your
Premium ProWhite Custom Gel-Trays
(1)
Place one tray in your mouth on your upper arch (teeth). Practice in front of a mirror and follow the steps (4) A) thru D)This is the basic procedure you will use when you retrieve the trays from the hot water to contour the tray to the surface of your teeth. Practice the same on your lower arch (teeth).
NOTE: Keep in mind that you do not need a perfect mold of your teeth for your ProWhite Trays to be effective.
(3)
A) While holding onto the tab on the front of the ProWhite dental whitening tray, soften the dental tray by submerging it into the hot water for 5 to 6 seconds. Don’t swish it around. You will notice the tray will begin to wilt.
B) Immediately take the tray out of the hot water and gently tip off the water. Don’t shake the water off. The dental tray will be softened enough to properly make a mold of your teeth.
NOTE - Overheating may damage or over-shrink the dental tray making it unusable. It is better to under heat the tray and take a second remold.

(4)
The tray will be cool enough not to burn your mouth during the molding process.
A) Position the dental tray over your upper arch (teeth).
B) Close your mouth over the tray and teeth.
C) Apply a firm pressure with your fingers to the front of your upper lip and dental tray. At the same time, gently sucking out the air and water from inside of the dental tray while pressing your tongue against the back of tray and very gently biting down on the tray.
D) Continue applying pressure to the front, rear and bottom of the tray for 30 seconds while the tray cools and molds to your teeth in your mouth.
E) Remove dental tray from your mouth and examine. Replace and remove the tray over your teeth a couple of times to see how it fits.
NOTE - You may place the tray back into the still hot water and reheat the dental tray and repeat steps A thru E, a few times if necessary to attain optimum results.

(5)
A) Your ProWhite tray should now be perfectly molded to your teeth for a custom fit. You will only need to conduct this procedure once for each tray, upper arch and lower arch.
B) If you are satisfied with the results of the fit, snip off the holding tab with a pair of scissors. If the dental tray covers too much of you gums or continues past your rear (molar) teeth, use small manicure scissors or nail clippers to trim the excess material from the dental tray.
(6)
A) Wash and dry your ProWhite Dental Trays thoroughly with mild dish detergent and luke warm water after each use.
B) Always store your trays in the sanitary case and they will last for years.
Our unique dual use ProWhite dental trays have been designed as an application device for dental gels or a night-guard against teeth grinding (bruxism) or both. Please read these detailed instructions thoroughly before attempting to mold your ProWhite custom dental trays to your teeth.
