Teeth whitening products are designed to lighten dark and/or stained teeth. Customers apply an oxygenating or peroxide formulated type material using the supplied instructions. While these materials are frequently used in the dental industry for this process and are safe, sometimes side effects can occur. Tooth sensitivity or tingling is the most common side effect but gum irritation can also occur. If an individual experiences these or other adverse symptoms he/she should stop using the whitening products immediately and consult with a dental whitening professional.

Customers should understand that the amount of whitening they experience and its duration will vary between individuals. While most teeth lighten to the extent desired, some do not. Because a persons teeth are as unique to them as their finger prints or DNA the effectiveness of teeth whitening or lack thereof is unique to each user.

By accepting our products and submitting your order, you understand and agree that the user(s):

Do not have allergies to any of the materials in the whitening products you are purchasing. These materials include but are not limited to, carbamide peroxide and hydrogen peroxide. Customer agrees to hold White Smiles Superstore harmless for any damages they may incur from misuse of the products purchased

Will properly follow the instructions provided by White Smiles Superstore.

Will use the provided dental whitening gel trays for the sole purpose of whitening your teeth.

Will not use the products if you are pregnant or lactating until you have consulted with your medical doctor.

Do not have loose or decayed teeth.

Do not have problematic dental issues.

Do not have loose crowns or periodontal problems.

Acknowledge that the staff of White Smiles Superstore are not necessarily dentists and are not liable for product misuse.

Agrees that all warranties and returns are the sole determination of White Smiles Superstore and that total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s)
